AI as technology is transformative, it is in many ways completely different to old ways of executing business processes and creating value. This is necessary for Executive Management and CEO to understand and embrace. This transformation to working in new ways is needless to say won’t happen without solid top management support and interest. Again, no need for details, but funding, curiousity and an open mind can and should be brought by Executive Management


Value

As Executive Management is all about making sure the margin is as good as possible, this focus should also remain starting with AI. Thousands of samples of goodfun AI can be found and applied, but do they create value or do they resolve a pain? This process we assist with a firm hand to make sure, we together come out with a PoV where the money is to be found or where we can prove it is better the the old/previous way of working. Data

Common misunderstanding in Executive Management and BoD’s are the value of data. Data is a very important component when working with AI, but it is not the starting point and here is a clear pitfall. To be successful and creating values, we always start with the problem or potential we should address, there could be many good potentials and evaluating them would be assessing the data, not starting with “We have a lot of data”, as this in itself can not bring value nor solve a problem.
